For over twenty-five years, Jennifer Miraglia, President of JM Consulting Group, has built a solid reputation as a trusted organizational development consultant to the clients we serve. Jennifer founded JM Consulting Group in June 2003, following an eleven year human resource career at JP Morgan Chase, specializing in organizational development. Her roles included various Vice President positions, Development Director for their mortgage business and acting as an internal consultant for the retail side of the firm.
Also from 2003 to 2013, Jennifer became an adjunct facilitator for Holt Learning a full-service corporate education firm serving Fortune 500 clients and professional firms worldwide. In this role, Jennifer facilitated numerous leadership programs, provided leadership consultation as well as designed and delivered various learning forums.
Jennifer has extensive experience in leadership and coaching, performance management, multi-rater/360 initiatives, climate assessments, career development, senior talent management initiatives, executive, management and individual effectiveness training, program design, facilitation and teambuilding.
Prior to her corporate experience and forming JM Consulting Group, Jennifer was a Social Worker for both private and government Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). She was an EAP counselor at AT&T, Anheuser-Busch, The New York City Department of Health and The New York Health and Hospitals Corporation. In this capacity, Jennifer counseled employees on such issues as alcoholism, drug addiction, family/parental concerns and emotional stress (work and/or family-related).
Jennifer obtained her graduate degree, Masters of Science in Social Work, from Columbia University School of Social Work. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Quinnipiac College.
